In addition to his role at Milestone, Charles is also a Partner and CCO of Paretone Capital (Cayman) Ltd., where he oversees risk control and compliance for the private fund.

With over 7 years of experience in banking and finance, Charles has demonstrated his innovative approach to financial strategies and risk management. His leadership significantly improved the company’s banking safety and financing stability, particularly during the challenging times of the pandemic and into the post-pandemic era.

Charles is well-educated in the field of finance, holding a Master of Science in Finance Engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Tsinghua University, China. His academic background further complements his practical expertise in the financial domain.
